MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Curltured Couch Tribe Membership (“Curltured Couch Tribe”) is a loyalty program offered by Curltured Studio, LLC LLC ("Curltured Studio, LLC") to its most valued customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Curltured Couch Tribe (known as a "Member") and Curltured Studio, LLC with respect to Curltured Couch Tribe. Curltured Studio, LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting Curltured Couch Tribe and to terminate Curltured Couch Tribe or a Member's membership in Curltured Couch Tribe at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Curltured Couch Tribe, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Curltured Couch Tribe’s terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at https://curltured.com/curltured-couch-tribe .
Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in Curltured Couch Tribe. Prices vary by service option and can be found at https://curltured.com/curltured-couch-tribe , Membership in Curltured Couch Tribe entitles each Member to a variety of benefits based on membership chosen.
Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price.
Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership services are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership services and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Curltured Couch Tribe member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Curltured Couch Tribe may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Curltured Studio, LLC reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or services under Curltured Couch Tribe.Members also agree to allow Curltured Studio, LLC to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Curltured Studio, LLC may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Curltured Studio, LLC believes may be of interest to Member.Memberships require an initial 180-day contract term. The term of the contract is in force from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless canceled with notification of 15 days in advance of the next billing date. If canceled prior to the initial contract term, an early termination fee of $100 may apply. After the initial contract term, the membership can be canceled, without penalty.
Membership may be paused for up to 30 days after the initial contract term with a minimum of 60 days between each period.
Memberships must be canceled in-store or via email at curlturedsalonstudio@gmail.com. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone, email and the date you'd like to cancel to curlturedsalonstudio@gmail.com.Unused services and discounts do not "rollover" month to month and have no cash value. Any unused services must be redeemed within 90 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused services or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused services or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation.Agreement to pay Recurring Payments:The membership fees will recur monthly until canceled by the Member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member's responsibility to keep Curltured Studio, LLC informed of accurate billing information. The member will be notified if the credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and a $25 late fee will apply if a valid credit card is not updated within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date. A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.If Curltured Studio, LLC terminates Curltured Couch Tribe or a Member's membership in Curltured Couch Tribe, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled memberships will apply.For questions about these terms and conditions, you may contact Curltured Studio, LLC at 2685 Langford Rd, Suite 200, Norcross, Ga 30071 or curlturedsalonstudio@gmail.com.
