Where are you located?

 Curltured Salon Studio is located inside of Mona Venus Med Spa. Due to providing personal and exceptional to our guests in our individual rooms and not currently having a receptionist, the door remains locked for security reasons. Once you have arrived, please send a text to 4703100578 to alert your stylist of your arrival. 

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments may be booked by clicking Book Online at the top of the home page. You will be directed the booking system to view availability, services, descriptions, and pricing.

When does the schedule open up?

The calendar for appointments opens on a daily basis. The availability stays opens 60 days at a time so feel free to check back daily.

Example: Today is January 1st. The schedule is open to March 1st. Tomorrow it will be open to March 2nd and so on.

Schedule is all booked out! Now what?

If the date you desire is booked, we have the added convenience of being able to add yourself to our Wait List. In the event of a cancellation, your requested time and day may have the possibility to be accommodated to fill the vacancy.

What is the cancellation fee and tardiness policy?

We look forward to enhancing you but just in case your appointment is no longer a good fit, please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a $50 or 50% charge of services (whichever is greater) to the card on file.


No Shows will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of services to your card on file (whichever is greater.) If this charge does not clear, it will result in no longer being allowed to schedule an appointment with our salon.


Due to our tight schedule, appointments are given a 10 minute grace period. This means within those 10 minutes, you must already be seated in the salon chair. If you are aware that you will be arriving late, please extend the courtesy of notifying our salon with a text or voice mail. This will allow us to determine if we will still be able to take you or if rescheduling will be needed. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, a same day cancelation fee will be due of $50 or 50% of services (whichever is greater) to the card on file. 

I don't see the option to book color. What do I do?

Because healthy hair is our priority, we require consultations to be done prior to color services. Please book a color consultation first and at that visit, you will be booked for a future color appointment.

My appointment was denied. Now what?

There are 3 reasons your appointment would be denied:


1) Givini is not accepting any new clients until announced otherwise but you may book with our other stylists.

2) You have booked an Add On Only service and will need to book accordingly.

3) Your appointment request could simply just not be accomodated.
