Curltured Studio is located at 2685 Langford Rd., Suite 200, Norcross, GA. We are appointment only and still follow some COVID-19 protocols. For this reason, the door remains locked. Once you have arrived, please send a text to 4703100578 to alert your stylist of your arrival or check in via our booking app.
All appointments may be booked by clicking "Book with..." next to the service provider you desire on our About Us page. You will be directed the booking system to view availability, services, descriptions, and pricing. If you need further assistance, please email us at curlturedsalonstudio@gmail.com
The calendar for appointments opens on a daily basis. The availability stays opens 45 days at a time so feel free to check back daily.
Example: Today is November 22nd. The schedule is open up to January 6th . Tomorrow it will open January 7th and so on.
If the date you desire is booked, we have the added convenience of being able to add yourself to our Wait List. In the event of a cancellation, your requested time and day may have the possibility to be accommodated to fill the vacancy.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event your appointment is no longer a good fit, please cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment time to have your deposit transferred to the new appointment or refunded. You may do so via your Vagaro account provided in your appointment email or by texting 470 310 0578. If you decide to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred once. If you cancel less than 72 hrs from your appointment time, your deposit is forfeited.
No Shows will result in 100% of services to be charged to card on file. If it does not clear, it will need to be cleared prior to scheduling a future appointment and a repeated offense will result in no longer being allowed to schedule an appointment with our salon. Appointments are given a 10 minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances with notice. Any arrival after this period will be met with the possibility of your appointment being rescheduled or may result in reduction of services rendered.
Because healthy hair is our priority, we require consultations to be done prior to color services. Please book a color consultation first and at that visit, you will be booked for a future color appointment.
